Chirp Crow, Sign of Death? (Burung Gagak, Tanda Kematian?)

 

Assalamualaikum. Ahlan akhi/ukthi ^^~
We meet again! As usual, I'm gonna share a knowledge. It is taken from the culture / beliefs of ancient Javanese society in antiquity. In fact, until now it is still believed myth. Well, check it out!

In this modern era, believe or not there are still a lots of people that still believe in myth. I dunno what makes them still keep it but, that's fact! I've an example. According to my friend opinion (actually He believes in Javanese myth), if we hear chirp raven echoing, that's mean someone will die. He said that, that's such as sign of death. But, I'm not believe in. I just said "Wallahu'alam Bissawab. If ALLAH wills, it will. But I'm not totally believe in that myth. I just believe in ALLAH."

One of my friends was afraid of that story. She said "Please don't talk about that anymore. I'll feel so scared if I'm gonna take a bath". I smiled and ignored all about that story. I was surprised and worried this will lead to something that is shirk. So, I searched on google about raven and how Islam explain about this.


THIS IS MYTH OF CHIRP CROW THAT SHOW SIGN OF DEATH 
Bird that dares birds and crows. It is said that when at home dares you twittering birds circling, then it shows there will be people who died. Crow is also rumored to be a bird that gives a bad sign about the death.

FACT ABOUT RAVEN ACCORDING TO ISLAM
 In a letter al-Maidah AL-QUR'AN ayah 30-31 Allah SWT to mention about crows.
"Then make it considers lust easy Qabil killed his brother, because it smote, then so be it one among the losers" Then Allah sent a crow digging the earth to show him (Qabil) how should be bury his brother Qabil Says: "Ah wretched me, why I was not able to be as this crow, and then I can bury my brother?" Then he became one among the people who regret.

Allah SWT give inspiration to the crows to teach humans how to treat or burying the dead. Subhanallah who created the heavens and the earth and its contents. How Allah swt give you an idea how to do justice of any crimes committed by serious human animals but many do not know and tyrannical.

 AYAH-AYAH AL-QUR'AN THAT EXPLAIN ABOUT THE DEATH
"Verily, Allah alone is the best of the knowledge of the Judgement Day, and He is make the rain down, and knows what is in the womb. And no one else can know (for sure) what would be earned tomorrow. And no no one can know where on earth he/she was going to die. Surely Allah is Knower, aware."(Qur'an, Luqman 31:34)


CONCLUSION: ONLY ALLAH WHO KNOWS, WHEN, WHERE, AND HOW WE WILL DIE. SO, WE MUST NOT BELIEVE IN OTHER THINGS. JUST GIVE ALL YOUR EXPECTATIONS TO HIM! TRUST HIM! WALLAHU'ALAM BISSAWAB :).
